ABOUT US

RUSLAN BEZDOLNI
The love for studying has shaped my path through Literature, Linguistics, and History, where I could spend endless hours immersed in books and scientific articles. My engagement with martial arts introduced me to Eastern philosophies and sparked my connection with Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, and Meditation. Life Coaching came later to complement and connect the existing knowledge with the need for techniques of self-improvement and personal development. The Mindfulness technique opened new horizons of intervention and added effectiveness to Coaching models, as well as the training course on Traumatic Stress Disorders under the guidance of world-renowned scientists such as Psychiatrist Bessel van der Kolk (The Body Keeps the Score, 2014), Jana Pressley, Alexandra Cook, Elizabeth Warner( Trauma Research Foundation).
My studies:
-
Trauma informed Life Coaching
-
Tr. Family and Systemic Psychotherapy
-

MARY SANTORINIOU
From an early age, I felt the need to delve into the sciences that study human existence and behavior, the anxieties and concerns that govern the path of every individual, whether on a collective or individual level. Areas that I needed to study beyond my studies in the field of psychology include history, both ancient and modern, philosophy, theology, and the different religions around the world, anthropology, and sociology. Through my engagement with classical ballet, contemporary dance, yoga, swimming, and connecting with nature through hiking, I discovered, on the one hand, the importance of harmonizing the body with the mind and setting the necessary connection between them, and on the other hand, the therapeutic relationship that emerges when a person is attuned to the natural environment around them. I studied Psychology at La Sapienza University in Rome and obtained an MSc in Clinical and Community Psychology, graduating with honors. I received training in Hypnotherapy, Emotional Release Techniques, Creative Visualization, the Sedona Method, and I am continuing my studies in Systemic Psychotherapy.
